Innovative Archive ("Innovarc," "we," "us," or "our") operates the PDF Sign mobile application (package name: com.innovarc.pdfsign) (the "App") for Android. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our service to you.

Types of Data Collected

A. Personal Data

While using our App, we do not require you to register an account, and we do not collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) directly, unless you contact us for support.

B. Document and File Processing Data

PDF Files and Passwords: The App allows you to inspect, verify, and stamp PDF files.
- When you open a PDF containing signature fields and initiate verification, the App transmits the PDF file bytes and any user-provided PDF password (if the file is password-protected) to our backend API hosted at https://yurss-signedpdf.hf.space (a Hugging Face FastAPI space).
- This transmission is performed securely over HTTPS.
- No Retention: The backend API processes these files in memory to validate the signatures and generate the visual stamps. The backend does not store or retain your PDF files or passwords on its servers after the response is sent back to your device.
- Local Processing: If your PDF does not contain signature fields, local image conversion (to JPG or PNG) is handled entirely on your device without transmitting any document data to our backend.
Storage Access: The App requests storage access permissions on your Android device to allow you to select PDF files for processing and to save exported outputs (PDF, JPG, PNG, and ZIP archives) back to your device.

C. Payment and Subscription Information

The App offers monthly and yearly subscriptions via Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases).

All transactions and payment details are processed securely through Google Play.
Innovative Archive does not collect, access, or store your credit card, bank account, or other payment instrument details.
The App sends subscription purchase tokens to our backend to verify purchase status and determine subscription expiration dates.

D. Device and Advertising Data

For users of our free tier, the App displays ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob).

AdMob may collect and use device identifiers, advertising IDs (such as the Google Advertising ID), and IP addresses to serve non-aggressive ads and/or personalized ads.
You can manage ad personalization settings on your Android device via Settings > Google > Ads.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App, provide the App on our behalf, perform App-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our App is used.

These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

3. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your document files during transmission to our backend API, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
