Innovative Archive ("Innovarc," "we," "us," or "our") operates the PDF Sign mobile application (package name: com.innovarc.pdfsign) (the "App") for Android. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our service to you.
Types of Data Collected
A. Personal Data
You may use Google Sign-In for account and Pro access. When you sign in, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture. You may also use free features anonymously.
B. Document and File Processing Data
PDF Files, Passwords, and Application Numbers: The App allows you to upload PDFs or retrieve publicly available e-Seba certificates using application numbers, individually or in bulk.
Our backend generates the official e-Seba certificate URL from the application number and retrieves the certificate from the Government of Manipur e-Seba server.
When you process a PDF, the App transmits the PDF bytes and any user-provided PDF password to our backend API hosted at https://yurss-signedpdf.hf.space (a Hugging Face FastAPI space).
This transmission is performed securely over HTTPS.
No Retention: Files are processed in memory or short-lived upload spools. Upload handles are closed after each request, generated outputs are not written to persistent application storage, and temporary data is deleted when processing finishes or the request ends.
After a successful single or bulk download, the web app clears document bytes from its active browser state. We do not back up processed documents.
PDF contents and application numbers are not intentionally included in analytics or application logs.
Storage Access: The App requests storage access permissions on your Android device to allow you to select PDF files for processing and to save exported outputs (PDF, JPG, PNG, and ZIP archives) back to your device.
C. Usage and Quota Data
To enforce the free daily bulk limit, we store an anonymous or account-linked quota key, the quota date, and a usage count. We do not store application numbers or PDF contents with quota records. Free users receive five successful bulk-processing jobs per day; Pro users receive unlimited bulk processing.
D. Payment and Subscription Information
The App offers prepaid monthly and yearly Pro access through UPI checkout.
Our Cloudflare Worker creates and checks payment intents through PaymentSoundbox. Each intent includes the selected plan, requested price, a temporary exact payable amount, Google Pay as the required source app, payment status, and expiration time.
The merchant UPI ID and exact payable amount are included in the UPI link or QR code shown to you. PaymentSoundbox may return a UPI transaction reference and payment time after it matches the payment.
Innovative Archive does not collect or store your UPI PIN, bank-account credentials, debit-card details, or Google Pay login credentials.
Payment-order and Pro-expiration records are stored to prevent duplicate activation and provide the purchased access period.
E. Device and Advertising Data
For users of our free tier, the web app may display ads provided by Monetag.
Monetag may use cookies, IP addresses, device information, and browsing activity to deliver and measure ads.
You can manage personalized advertising through Monetag's opt-out tools and your browser privacy settings.
Advertisements are disabled while Pro access is active.
2. Third-Party Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App, provide the App on our behalf, perform App-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our App is used.
These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Google Play Services: Used to facilitate app store distribution and core OS functions. Google Privacy Policy
PaymentSoundbox: Used to create and confirm UPI payment intents for Pro access.

3. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your document files during transmission to our backend API, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
4. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
