Welcome to PDF Sign (package name: com.innovarc.pdfsign) (the "App"), developed and published by Innovative Archive ("Innovarc," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Innovarc regarding your access to and use of the PDF Sign application for Android devices.

2. Description of Services

PDF Sign is a utility app that allows users to:

View PDF documents on their Android devices.
Inspect PDFs for the presence of signature fields.
Verify existing signatures and apply visual verification stamps by securely transmitting PDF data to our FastAPI backend API hosted on Hugging Face (https://yurss-signedpdf.hf.space).
Convert unsigned PDFs and export verified outputs locally to formats including PDF, JPG, PNG, and ZIP archives.

Important Legal Disclaimer: The outputs generated by this App (such as stamped PDFs or image files) are flattened visual representations and exports. They do not constitute new cryptographic, digital, or legally binding electronic signatures. Innovarc does not guarantee the legal validity, admissibility, or enforceability of any stamped or verified document in any jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer a subscription-based premium tier ("Pro Version") to enhance your experience.

A. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Monthly Pro: Rs 50 / month (or equivalent local currency)
Yearly Pro: Rs 500 / year (or equivalent local currency)
Prices are subject to tax and Google Play currency conversions where applicable.

B. Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
Subscription fees will be charged to your Google Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off or cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Google Play Store Account Settings.

C. Free Tier & Ads

Free users are shown non-aggressive banner and rewarded ads via Google AdMob.
Purchasing an active subscription (Monthly or Yearly Pro) removes all banner and rewarded ads.

D. Refunds

All purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Innovarc does not process refunds directly.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses

By using the App, you agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Upload, process, or transmit any document that contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the App or our backend API.
Falsify signatures, impersonate individuals, or attempt to misrepresent the status of a document.
Use our backend API (https://yurss-signedpdf.hf.space) outside of the normal, intended use of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, layouts, logos (including the checkmark brand icon), graphics, and assets, is the property of Innovative Archive and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business documentation tasks in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INNOVARC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

INNOVARC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE RESULTS OF USING THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVARC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP;
ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP; OR
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DOCUMENTS.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Innovarc is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
