These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Signed PDF by Innovarc. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Signed PDF provides tools to inspect digitally signed PDF files and generate flattened PDF or JPG exports when validation succeeds. The service is provided for convenience and productivity purposes.

No Legal or Certification Advice

The service is not a legal, compliance, or certification authority. Although the app may validate supported digital signatures, you are responsible for deciding whether an exported document is acceptable for your legal, business, or regulatory use case.

User Responsibilities

You must only upload files that you have the right to process. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, confidential, or highly sensitive material unless you understand and accept the risks of using an online processing service.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, interfere with the website, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Accounts and Limits

Some features may use Google sign-in or anonymous browser state to manage monthly conversion limits. We may change, pause, or remove free usage limits at any time.

Files and Output

Uploaded PDF files and optional passwords are processed to provide the requested export. You are responsible for checking the output before relying on it. We do not guarantee that every signed PDF format, password-protected file, certificate, or document workflow will be supported.

Advertising

The website may display ads, including ads served by Google AdSense or other advertising partners. Advertising content and destination sites are controlled by their respective providers or advertisers.

Crypto Payments and Pro Access

If Pro access is offered through crypto payment, you must send the exact amount shown at checkout, on the stated network, to the stated wallet address, in one transaction. Underpayments, split payments, wrong-address payments, wrong-token payments, or wrong-network payments will not activate Pro access and will not be refunded or entertained.

Crypto payment quotes may expire. Payments sent after expiry, below the required amount, or in a way that cannot be automatically matched may be rejected or require manual review at our discretion.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovarc is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or reputation arising from your use of the service.

Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
