Review signed PDFs and download a usable copy

Signed PDF is a web app for adding existing PDFs, checking supported digital signatures and exporting document copies. Open it in your browser; an Android app is also available through the app's download menu.

Open the Signed PDF web app

From an existing PDF to PDF or images

  1. Add PDFs by upload, supported PDF links or the e-Seba application-number option.
  2. Review the documents. If a file is password protected, supply its password when requested.
  3. Choose the available PDF, JPG, PNG or original-file download option. Limits depend on your plan and the selected output.

This tool checks supported signatures already present in a PDF. Flattened visual exports are document copies, not newly issued cryptographic signatures. Keep the original signed PDF when its signature must remain independently verifiable.

e-Seba application tracking

The web app can check supported Manipur e-Seba applications and display available status information. Tracking requires sign-in. A signed-document action depends on the certificate being available and passing the supported checks; an approved status alone does not guarantee an export.

Free access and optional Pro

Free usage has processing and tracking limits. Optional Pro access expands those limits. Check the current plan details in the web app before purchasing.

Document handling

Document processing sends files to the backend over HTTPS. Browser document history is optional. Read the web app's privacy policy for handling, retention and account details. Only use documents and application details you are authorised to access.

Common questions

Can it sign an unsigned PDF?

It is designed to check supported existing signatures and produce copies. It does not issue a new digital-signing certificate.

Does every PDF format work?

Signature formats, passwords, file size and page limits can affect support. Review any validation messages before downloading an output.
